Birth Ready Doula Support

  • Unlimited support via phone, text, email and video calls pregnancy through postpartum
  • Monthly coaching calls where we take the time to discuss your pregnancy and you receive individualized support with resources 
  • ​Labor ready support with weekly check-ins beginning at 36 weeks for final preparations and hands on comfort measures ​
  • Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class
  • ​Partner Prep with Mr. ManDoula - husbands/dads/support persons have the opportunity for a one hour coaching call with my husband to ask questions about preparing for labor, birth and welcoming home a new baby!
  • Continuous labor and birth support with me by your side during labor until two hours after the birth of your baby (*via phone, text or Zoom if Virtual)
  • ​Lactation support once baby is born
